1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any game or mobile app developed and published by Shutter Games or Bhima Apps ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not download, install, or use our apps or games.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use our games and apps on your personal mobile devices for non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from our games.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use automated bots, memory editors, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Copy, modify, redistribute, or resell any part of our games, artwork, audio, or game assets.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases (such as coins, hints, remove-ads licenses, and cosmetic items):

• Billing Processors: All purchases are processed securely by Google Play In-App Billing on Android or Apple App Store In-App Purchases (StoreKit) on iOS. We never see or store your payment details.
• No Real-World Value: Virtual currency, coins, and digital items have no monetary value outside the game, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the respective store policies of Google Play or Apple. Please contact Google Play or Apple directly to request refunds for store-processed purchases.

4. Apple App Store (iOS) Specific Terms

If you download our games from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply as required by Apple Inc.:

• Parties: This agreement is between you and Shutter Games / Bhima Apps only, not with Apple. Shutter Games is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Scope of License: Your license is limited to Apple-branded products running iOS/iPadOS that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance & Support: Shutter Games is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
• Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any).
• Product Claims: Shutter Games, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, legal/regulatory compliance, or consumer protection.
• Intellectual Property: If a third party claims that the app infringes their intellectual property rights, Shutter Games (not Apple) is solely responsible for investigation, defense, and settlement.
• Export Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

5. Google Play Store Specific Terms

For users who download our games and apps from Google Play:

• Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Leaderboards, cloud saves, and achievements may rely on Google Play Games Services and require a valid Google account.

6. Ads & Privacy

Our free games may display advertisements served by reputable networks such as Google AdMob. These third-party networks may use non-sensitive device identifiers to deliver relevant ads.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

Our games and applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shutter Games and Bhima Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your access to or inability to use our apps and games.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update, patch, modify, or discontinue any game, feature, or level at any time to improve gameplay or maintain security. We may also revise these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the games following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
